The location near checkpoint charlie was UNBEATABLE. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice balcony in the family suite. It was very enjoyable.

There was no bathrobe in the room, though there is a pool. This was inconvenient. There was also no trash bag in the toilet. This was not ideal. I asked for a room with a bathtub but got a shower. THAT was disappointing.

The room I booked was not available upon arrival. This was frustrating. They offered an alternative that was much smaller, so I had to wait. The staff didn't communicate clearly. This made things more difficult. Also the promised amenities were missing. I expected better service.

i appreciated the spacious room i got for three people it did not face the street so it was quiet i found gel shampoo and conditioner available in the clean bathroom i also received a welcome drink which was a nice touch. i noted the location is advantageous being a short walk from checkpoint charlie. the staff was helpful and professional.
